The exterior of a structure must be maintained in good repair, structurally sound and sanitary. Please specify your concern relating to the exterior of the property itself, including but not limited to: peeling paint, structural damage, rotting wood, missing or broken windows, decks in disrepair and / or chimney concerns. Please specify where the issue(s) is located (front, side or rear yard, etc). The issue(s) must be visible from the public right of way.
If a property is unsecured, please contact the Police Department.
Trees & Bushes - can only be addressed if they are visually or physically impeding the public right of way.
Sidewalks & curbs - must be kept in a proper state of repair and maintained free from hazardous conditions as relates to the public right of way.
Accessory structures - including but not limited to: detached garages, fences and walls, shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair.
Swimming pools, hot tubs & spas - must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and in good repair.
